Shipping Policies

Delivery

  • Delivering the orders takes from 1 to 2 working days within Cairo.

  • Orders outside Cairo may take longer.

  • Due to the increasing demand on some products, sometimes the requested item may be out of stock. In this case, we offer our clients alternatives or an immediate refund.

  • Due to the daily change of the US Dollar exchange rate, we reserve the right to change our product prices at any time without prior notice, according to market fluctuations.

Note: It is totally unacceptable to offend or insult any of our employees for any reason. In case of a major issue, please send it via email or WhatsApp, and we will make sure to come back to you with a reasonable solution if possible.

Exchange & Refund

  • Exchange and refund can be done only in stores within 14 days with the receipt, and the product should not be mishandled.

  • Pools, inflatables, puzzles, plush toys, and hygienic products cannot be exchanged or refunded once opened.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

  • Gifts can only be exchanged with the gift receipt.

Payments

  • TOY&JOY accepts a variety of secure and trusted payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and Visa/MasterCard payments.

  • Your shopping experience is guaranteed to be completely safe.

  • If your credit card payment is declined, our employees may contact you to confirm your main card details.

  • All payments are processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). For cards in other currencies, your bank may charge conversion fees, and TOY&JOY is not responsible for them.

  • Upon completing an online payment, you will receive a confirmation screen. It is your responsibility to verify all transaction details. TOY&JOY holds no liability for incorrect data entry or data loss beyond our control.

Returns

  • TOY&JOY offers a managed return process. If a buyer returns an item, we issue a voucher with the paid amount, minus shipping fees and banking fees (if online or POS payment).

  • We may also charge for any direct collection costs.

  • Vouchers are issued for the original purchase price, less discounts applied at the time of purchase.

  • Returns are not accepted if the product is:

    • Damaged

    • Used

    • Packaging is torn, missing items, or not in original condition

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns must be done within 14 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Customers must take reasonable care of products until they are returned or collected.

Birthday Gift Exchange

TOY&JOY offers its members an exclusive benefit: the ability to exchange all received birthday gifts for items they or their children prefer. Customers may also combine values to buy one or two more expensive items.

  • Returned gifts can be purchased from any toy store, but must be in brand-new condition.

Eligible members must meet at least one of the following:

  • Organized the birthday with TOY&JOY event planners.

  • Made at least one purchase per month (offline or online) in the last 6 months.

  • Purchased from TOY&JOY (offline or online) in the last year with an amount equal to or greater than the returned items.

Canceling Orders

  • If you cancel before shipping, only bank fees will be deducted.

  • If you cancel after shipping or once delivered to the shipping company, you are responsible for the return costs, including any free gifts or giveaways.

  • Refunds will be processed only through the original payment method.

Notes

  • Any dispute or claim arising from this website is governed by the laws of Egypt.

  • Payment details submitted on the website are sent directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.

  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.
